DeLata is a small business rooted in purpose, created to support and empower women in Colombia.

It is a trading social enterprise built on the belief that beauty, sustainability and humanity can come together. Through handcrafted pieces made from recycled materials, DeLata creates more than accessories. It creates opportunity, hope and real change.

OUR TEAM

At the heart of DeLata are 14 incredible single mothers from Los Mártires, a humble and underdeveloped neighbourhood in Bogotá. Many of these women come from vulnerable backgrounds, with limited access to stable work or support. Yet they carry extraordinary strength, resilience and artistry.

DeLata is dedicated to honouring that strength.
By offering fair and dignified work, we give these women the chance to transform recycled materials into pieces of wearable art. Their craft provides them with a steady income, greater independence and the ability to support their families with pride.
