Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a fault, please contact us immediately.
We will review the issue and may ask you to return the item for assessment. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer one of the following:

A full refund or credit

A repair or replacement (subject to availability)
All replacement shipping costs will be covered by DeLata.
Refunds will be returned to the same payment method used at checkout.
Change of Mind
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or credit notes within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unworn and in original condition

Returned with all tags and original packaging intact
